Through resilience training, UMMD helps its trainees overcome the challenges of everyday work life in a healthy and confident manner. In collaboration with AOK Saxony-Anhalt and the Magdeburg Health Academy, the program teaches sustainable strategies for stress management and mental health. The goal is to build up these young people’s resilience over the long term and support them throughout their training.
