Management Board area 5 - Medical Management
The Executive Board division “V5 Medical Management” is dedicated to optimizing processes related to patient care. The work of Medical Management comprises two core areas: patient management and the digitalization of clinical processes. Its aim is to increase the efficiency of patient care by focusing on digitalization and standardization.
Under the leadership of Dr. med. Dominik Brammen, specialist in anaesthesiology and consultant to the Medical Director since 2021, the Executive Board area is supported by a competent team. Yulia Keller is in charge of Patient Management and Lean Medical Administration (V5.1) as well as the Central Bed Management (ZBM) team. Janis Samuel is responsible for the digitalization of clinical processes (V5.2).
Medical Management is available to all employees of the University Hospital as a point of contact for suggestions for improvement, particularly for cross-departmental or cross-divisional processes, as well as for feedback on all areas of medical management.
The department attaches great importance to cooperation and collaboration. Through clear task descriptions, defined goals and optimal project management, the team strives for effective cooperation with various areas within and outside the University Hospital.
