First state practical examinations in midwifery studies successfully completed
In August, the first-year students of the midwifery program in Magdeburg took their first state practical exams—an important and exciting milestone on their way to becoming midwives. All those admitted to the exam performed impressively, and we are very proud of them.

Priv.-Doz. Prof. h. c. Dr. med. habil. Salmai Turial will be stepping down from his position as Chief Physician of the Department of Paediatric Surgery, Paediatric Traumatology and Paediatric Urology at Magdeburg University Hospital on 15 August 2025.
