As every year, the German Heart Foundation's nationwide “Heart Weeks” will take place from November 1 to 30. This year's awareness campaign is themed “Healthy vessels – healthy heart! Avoid heart attacks.”
As part of this commitment, the German Heart Foundation has agreed to sponsor the 4th Central German Heart Failure Symposium, to be held from November 7 to 8, 2025, in Magdeburg.
The University Clinic for Cardiology and Angiology Magdeburg, headed by Prof. Rüdiger C. The symposium will kick off on Friday, November 7, from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. with a series of lectures on “The Right Heart.” The program includes presentations such as “Functional tricuspid valve insufficiency: When to treat? When not (anymore)?” A concluding workshop with practical exercises will explore the topic in greater depth and provide an opportunity for active exchange.
On Saturday, November 8, from 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., there will be four thematically focused sessions dedicated to cardiomyopathies, heart failure, and other current aspects of cardiology, among other topics.
Prof. Rüdiger C.
