Summer Symposium on Radiation Therapy Saxony-Anhalt 2025
The University Clinic for Radiation Therapy in Magdeburg cordially invites colleagues to this year's Saxony-Anhalt Summer Symposium on Radiation Therapy on September 22, 2025. The 2025 thematic focus will be on the treatment of gastrointestinal tumors.
You can look forward to exciting presentations by nationally and internationally renowned experts on topics including stereotactic radiotherapy for pancreatic cancer, specialized procedures for choroidal melanoma, and interdisciplinary approaches to the treatment of esophageal cancer.
A special highlight this year: The clinic will present the commissioning of a new linear accelerator, a milestone that makes the university clinic the most modern radiation therapy facility in Saxony-Anhalt. Further information can be found in the flyer.
The symposium will be held in a hybrid format – in person in the lecture hall of the University Clinic for Radiation Therapy Magdeburg (Building 7) at the University Medical Center Magdeburg and online via Webex.
