Trainees manage an operating room: Practical training with responsibility
For four days, trainees took charge of the operating room: From January 26 to 29, nine prospective ATA and OTA trainees in their third year of training managed key processes at the University Clinic for Ear, Nose, and Throat Medicine under professional supervision. The project “Trainees run an operating room” offered them the opportunity to take on responsibility, deepen their exam knowledge in a practical setting, and actively engage in interdisciplinary collaboration.
