Integration of Pfeiffer Clinics
New company names in the commercial register
Another important step has been taken toward recognizing and publicizing the integration of the Pfeiffersche Stiftungen medical facilities as subsidiaries of Magdeburg University Hospital: the new company names of the hospital subsidiaries and the MVZ are now officially entered in the commercial register. These are:
- Klinikum Cracau bei Pfeiffers der Universitätsmedizin Magdeburg gGmbH
- Lungenklinik Lostau der Universitätsmedizin Magdeburg gGmbH
- MVZ des Klinikums Cracau der Universitätsmedizin Magdeburg gGmbH
What the entry in the commercial register means
The entry in the commercial register is much more than a formality: it makes the new names and structures binding and clearly visible to the outside world. From this point on, the clinics and the MVZ can operate under their new names, thus making their affiliation with Magdeburg University Medical Center explicitly clear at first glance through their company names.
