If you want to import an active mouse line with an unsuitable hygienic status into the A-range of the ZTL or if you want to re-establish an SPF status, a rehabilitation via embryo transfer is possible.
If a cryopreserved line (internal or external cooperation partner) is to be imported, the preservation is re-derived.
