Day of the patient
On January 26, 2024, the Day of the Patient will take place nationwide, this year under the motto "Your health, your voice - the fast track to justice and help in hospital".
The campaign day is organized by the Bundesverband Beschwerdemanagement für Gesundheitseinrichtungen e.V. (BBfG) and the Bundesverband Patientenfürsprecher in Krankenhäusern e. V. (BPiK). The aim is to strengthen and improve the situation and role of patients through information, participation and co-decision-making.
Once again this year, Magdeburg University Hospital would like to set an example for a patient-oriented healthcare system and is taking part in the day of action with an information stand. Professor Heim, in his role as patient advocate, will be personally available to answer questions, provide feedback and discuss concerns together with representatives of Quality Management on 26 January 2024 from 11:00 to 14:00 in the foyer of Building 60a.
We cordially invite all patients, visitors, employees and students to visit our information stand and talk to us. Food and drink will be provided with the help of a cake bazaar. All voluntary donations collected at the cake bazaar will be donated to the Magdeburger Förderkreis krebskranker Kinder e.V. association.
