On Architecture Day 2024 on 29 June, the new lecture theatre at Magdeburg University Hospital will open its doors to interested parties.

Magdeburg University Medical Centre (UMMD) has been given the green light for the construction of the planned central clinic, which is to be built on the site of the existing university hospital campus.

Neuroscientist Ted Abel from the University of Iowa will give a lecture on 1 July 2024 on the topic "From Molecules to Mental Health - New Perspectives in Neuroscience and Psychiatry".
